Position Overview:
Mcandrew Motors is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards
- Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with proficiency in modern repair tools and equipment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-12pm

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
